Application
The high-frequency heat sealer for tent tarpaulins is widely used in the field of outdoor temporary buildings. It can weld tarpaulins, tents, awnings, advertising inkjet printing cloths made of materials such as PVC and TPU. Its high-frequency electric field polarizes the molecules of the membrane material to generate heat through friction, and achieves welding under pressure. The welding strength is high and the air tightness is good. It can meet the requirements of large tents, mobile tents, disaster relief tents, etc. for waterproof and wind resistance. At the same time, the equipment can also be used to weld soft plastic products such as PVC oil booms, inflatable boats, and PVC inflatable products, with a wide range of applications.

Production process

Material preparation: Cut PVC tarpaulins and other materials according to the designed size, and smooth the edges to ensure welding quality.
High-frequency welding: Use a high-frequency heat sealer to polarize the molecules of the membrane material through a high-frequency electric field to generate heat through friction, and achieve welding under a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. The welding temperature, pressure and time are adjusted according to the thickness of the membrane material to ensure that the weld is firm and smooth.
Quality inspection: Perform air tightness test and appearance inspection on the welding parts to ensure there are no air leaks, cold welds and other problems.
Post-processing: trim excess scraps, clean the equipment, and prepare for the next production link.
