The welding principle and advantages of windbreak door curtain welding

The welding of windproof door curtains mainly uses heat energy to melt the contact surface of the door curtain material (such as PVC, EVA, etc.), and uses pressure to fuse the molten materials together, forming a strong connection after cooling. During the welding process, parameters such as welding temperature, pressure and time need to be precisely controlled to ensure the welding quality. For example, when welding PVC door curtains, too high a temperature will cause the material to decompose and deform, and too low a temperature will not fully melt the material, affecting the welding strength.

1. Advantages of windproof door curtain welding

1. Improve sealing

Principle: Welding can tightly connect the various parts of the door curtain together and eliminate the gaps at the joints. For example, in the welding of magnetic door curtains, rubber strips are welded on both sides, and magnetic strips are installed in the rubber strips. The principle of opposite attraction of magnetic strips is used to make the two curtain pieces mutually adsorbed and sealed. At the same time, the welding process ensures the sealing between the rubber strips and the curtain pieces, effectively blocking the penetration of air, dust and moisture.

This good sealing is particularly important in industrial workshops, warehouses and other places. It can prevent the outside wind and dust from entering the room and keep the indoor environment clean. In places such as home kitchens and bathrooms, it can also prevent the spread of odor and water vapor.

2. Enhance structural strength

Principle: Welding makes the door curtain material form a whole, increasing the strength of the connection parts. Taking the heavy windproof door curtain used in industrial places as an example, the multi-layer materials are firmly combined through the welding process, which can withstand greater wind and external force impact. When frequently opened and closed or hit by external forces, the welding parts are not easy to crack or fall off, which extends the service life of the door curtain and reduces the replacement cost.

3. Ensure appearance quality

Principle: Welding technology can achieve fine processing of the edges, seams and other parts of the door curtain, making the surface of the door curtain flat and smooth. For example, the use of advanced welding equipment and technology can grind and polish the welding parts to eliminate welding marks. It improves the overall aesthetics of the door curtain, allowing it to better integrate into various architectural styles and interior styles.
