1. Equipment definition and functional positioning
The fully automatic track-type PVC film heat sealing machine is a high-frequency welding equipment designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film materials. Through high-frequency electromagnetic field or hot air heating technology, the PVC film material is molten and then pressure is applied to complete the bonding. Its core functions include:

2. Technical principles and process advantages
High-frequency dielectric heating technology
Use high-frequency electromagnetic fields (27.12MHz or 40.68MHz) to generate polarized friction heat in PVC molecules to achieve rapid and uniform heating.
Advantages: The heating speed is 3-5 times faster than traditional heat conduction, the heat-affected zone is small, and deformation of the film is avoided. For example, Shanghai Junjingsai 35KW track heat sealing machine can complete 1 meter seam welding in 2 seconds.
Track travel mechanism
The equipment is equipped with a track system driven by a servo motor, with a welding speed of 1-7 meters/minute, supporting straight line, arc and three-dimensional curved surface welding.

Closed-loop feedback control system
The welding temperature is monitored in real time through an infrared thermometer, and the power output is automatically adjusted in combination with PLC to ensure that the temperature fluctuation is ≤±2℃.
