Typical applications: cross-disciplinary practice from architecture to industry
architectural membrane structure
In large public facilities (such as airport terminals and exhibition centers), PTFE membrane materials are heat-sealed and welded to form an integral roof system. For example, the "Ice Ribbon" of the National Speed Skating Hall uses PTFE membrane welding technology to achieve precise control of curved surface shape and light transmittance, while meeting B1 level fire protection standards.
Chemical anti-corrosion equipment
PTFE welded lining technology can manufacture corrosion-resistant storage tanks, reactors and pipelines. Puxiong uses hot-pressing welding technology to realize a fully automatic walking track heat sealing machine. The track can be produced up to 240 meters long with an error of less than 0.1cm, which significantly improves the service life of the equipment.
Environmentally friendly filtration system
In the field of flue gas purification, PTFE microporous membranes are made into filter bags through heat sealing and welding, with a pore size accuracy of 0.02-15 μm and a filtration efficiency of 99.99%. After a steel company in Shanghai adopted this technology, the dust emission concentration dropped to less than 5mg/m³, which is far lower than the national ultra-low emission standard.
