High-frequency heat sealing equipment uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field (typically 27.12MHz or 40.68MHz) to excite the polarization and frictional heating of plastic material molecules, achieving glue-free welding. Application Scenarios: Core components of inflatable massagers (such as leg and waist airbags) require high-frequency heat sealing to achieve sealing welding of multiple layers of TPU/PVC film.

Advantages: High weld strength (peel strength ≥15N/15mm), weld width can reach over 8mm, ensuring no air leakage during repeated inflation and deflation of the airbag.
